Job Responsibilities

Analyze drawings and compare lighting product specifications (across brands or models)
Review technical specifications such as Watt, Lumen, CCT, IP Rating, and Beam Angle
Provide technical support and consultation to the sales team and customers
Prepare submittal documents and review Data Sheets / Catalogs
Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and QA/QC teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
1–3 years of experience in Lighting / Project / Product Engineering
Ability to read electrical drawings and understand project specifications
Basic knowledge of lighting concepts such as Lumen, Lux, Watt, Driver, and IP Rating
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken and written English
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and comparison skills
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with the sales team

Job Responsibilities

Support the sales team in reviewing and counting lighting fixtures from drawings and schedules to ensure alignment with client specifications
Prepare quotations and be able to clearly explain details and specifications included in the quotation
Create and update product information to support the sales team’s operations
Coordinate across departments, including sourcing product pricing from procurement (both local and international), checking stock availability with the warehouse, and communicating relevant information with the accounting team
Prepare sample products for the sales team and arrange delivery to clients
Handle sales support documentation and other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support or Administrative roles (experience in the lighting industry is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate in basic English via email
Hardworking, responsible, and able to work well in a team
(Preferred) Familiarity with AutoCAD or Adobe will be an advantage
